1. Definition of the Services

The Services provided by PT Tjakrabirawa Teknologi Indonesia include, but are not limited to:

• Cybersecurity consulting services and solutions.
• Software development and provisioning, including autonomous agentic AI systems.
• Publication platforms, news aggregation, natural language processing (translation/rewriting), and digital content distribution.

2. Use of the Services and User Conduct

The User agrees to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia. The User is expressly prohibited from:

• Distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful technology that may damage the systems, servers, or networks of the Company or of any third party.
• Attempting hacking, reverse engineering, or the exploitation of security vulnerabilities in our systems.
• Using our automation systems or infrastructure to spread false information (hoaxes), content that infringes copyright, or material that violates legal and moral norms.

3. Content Aggregation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services

Regarding the use of Services that involve artificial intelligence technology for the processing, aggregation, translation, and publication of articles/news:

• Nature of the Content: News or articles presented through our automation systems are collected from various public sources and processed by algorithms. We strive to maintain accuracy, but we do not guarantee the absolute truth or completeness of information generated or rewritten by AI.
• Responsibility for the Use of Information: Any decision or action taken by the User based on information or articles from our publication platform is entirely the responsibility of the User.
• Third-Party Rights: Our automation systems operate with respect for intellectual property standards. If any party believes their original content has been reproduced without authorization, that party may submit a takedown request through our official contact channels.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All system designs, software architecture, interface designs, algorithms, trademarks, and logos contained in the Services are the exclusive property of PT Tjakrabirawa Teknologi Indonesia and are protected by intellectual property law. Use of the Services grants the User no rights whatsoever over our intellectual property, except where set out in writing in a separate agreement (for example, a license or B2B contract).

5. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, PT Tjakrabirawa Teknologi Indonesia, including our directors, employees, and partners, is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Services.
• Service downtime, data loss, or system transmission failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

6. Cybersecurity and Data Protection

We apply operational security standards to protect User data. Provisions on the collection, processing, and protection of personal data are set out separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these Terms of Service.

7. Termination of the Services

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate the User's access to the Services at any time and without prior notice if the User is proven to have breached these Terms of Service or is indicated to be carrying out activities that threaten the integrity and security of our systems.

8. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the Services will be settled by deliberation to reach consensus. Should deliberation fail, the dispute will be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent district court in the Company's legal domicile.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on our platform. Continued use of the Services after any change is deemed to be your acceptance of the new terms.
